Eric Fournier is a strategic human resources and talent acquisition leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering integrated people solutions across global, matrixed organizations. He brings a unique blend of talent acquisition leadership and HR expertise, including: employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. 

Most recently, Eric served as senior talent acquisition manager for the Americas at a global technology company, where he led hiring initiatives for the company’s business lines across multiple verticals. In this role, Eric served as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and leveraged data, AI and market insights to inform decision-making and optimize talent outcomes. 

Previously, Eric was the recruiting manager for an international uniform rental organization where he supported the hiring strategies and teams across more than 200 locations in North America. In alignment with business objectives, Eric created talent strategies and process improvements that resulted in the building of strong teams and a high-performance culture.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. He has also earned his Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
