Lisa Wagner has been a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and trusted advisor to business leaders since 2004. She is skilled in full-cycle recruitment, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and training and development. Her experience spans multiple industries, including luxury fashion, media, advertising, and health and human services.
Most recently, Lisa was a Senior HR Manager at American Eagle Outfitters in their NY Design Office, where she supported an employee group of more than 200 associates. In this role, she advised executive leadership and managers on organizational design to achieve business goals and maximize retention during a time of exceptional change that included the launch of three new brands and subsequent closure of two of the brands. She supported her client group across all HR functions, including performance management, employee development, and management of policies and procedures.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising from SUNY Oneonta. She is a member of the Long Island chapter of Society for Human Resource Management and holds the HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
